Parking & Towing

Parking regulations apply to owners, tenants, guests, vendors, and service providers. Failure to comply may result in fines and/or towing at the vehicle owner’s expense.

Parking Rules & Restrictions

Designated Parking

  • Vehicles must be parked only in the parking space designated for the unit.
  • Parking spaces are for parking purposes only.
  • Vehicles may not block drive aisles, sidewalks, fire lanes, or building access points.


Clubhouse & Common Area Parking

  • Parking spaces adjacent to the clubhouse are reserved for Association-related purposes, including:
    • Mail retrieval
    • Rideshare pick-up and drop-off
    • Food deliveries
  • Overnight and weekend parking in the clubhouse area is prohibited.


Vehicle Requirements

  • All vehicles parked on the property must have current registration.
  • A 90-day grace period is provided for expired registration tags.
  • All owners and residents must submit license plate information for vehicles parked on the property.


Prohibited Vehicles

The following vehicles may not be parked, stored, or kept on the property:

  • Large commercial-type vehicles (dump trucks, cement mixers, oil or gas trucks, etc.)
  • Recreational vehicles, including campers, motor homes, boats, trailers, and similar vehicles
  • Any vehicle deemed a nuisance by the community


Inoperable Vehicles

  • Inoperable vehicles may not be stored in parking spaces or common areas.
  • Vehicles must be in operable condition at all times.


Repairs & Maintenance

  • Major vehicle repairs or restorations are not permitted anywhere on the property.
  • Parking spaces may not be used for mechanical work or vehicle storage.


Motorcycles & Similar Vehicles

  • Motorcycles, motor scooters, and similar vehicles may be operated only for direct travel to and from designated parking spaces.
  • Recreational or repeated operation within the community is not permitted.


Guest Parking

  • Guests must comply with all parking rules.
  • Owners are responsible for guest compliance and any resulting violations or fines.


Towing Enforcement

Vehicles may be towed without notice if they:

  • Park in non-designated areas
  • Block fire lanes or emergency access
  • Park in restricted or prohibited areas
  • Are inoperable
  • Remain unregistered beyond the grace period

Towing is performed at the vehicle owner’s expense.

Retrieving a Towed Vehicle (What You’ll Need)

If your vehicle is towed, you will typically need the following at the impound lot:

  • Valid government-issued photo ID
  • Proof of vehicle ownership or registration
  • Proof of vehicle insurance
  • Payment for towing and storage fees (fees are set by the towing company)

If the vehicle is registered to someone else, additional authorization may be required by the towing company.

Fines & Penalties

Parking violations may result in fines, including but not limited to:

  • Parking in non-designated areas
  • Storing prohibited or inoperable vehicles
  • Parking in restricted areas


Fines are assessed in accordance with the Association’s Fine and Penalty Schedule.

Homeowner Responsibility

Homeowners are responsible for the actions of their tenants, guests, and vendors. Any fines, towing charges, or damage related to parking violations may be charged back to the homeowner.

Once a vehicle has been towed, all retrieval and payment matters must be handled directly with the towing company.
