Some services affecting the community are not managed by the Lakeside Green Owners Association or the HOA management company. This page provides contact information for commonly used City of Houston and Harris County services.

Contact HPD Westside for:

  • Non-emergency police matters
  • Suspicious activity
  • Noise complaints requiring police response

Houston 311 is the City’s service request system.

Use 311 for:

  • Streetlight outages
  • Roadway or sidewalk issues
  • Drainage concerns
  • Illegal dumping
  • Traffic signs or signals
  • Other city-maintained infrastructure issues


🚮 Trash & Recycling (City Services)

For issues related to:

  • Missed city trash pickup
  • Recycling questions
  • City bulk collection

Contact Houston 311 or visit the City of Houston Solid Waste website.


🐕 Animal Control

For:

  • Stray animals
  • Animal cruelty concerns
  • Dangerous animals

Contact Houston 311 to be routed to Animal Control services.


🌳 Parks & Public Facilities

Issues related to public parks, trails, or facilities (including Waldemar Park) are managed by the appropriate city or county department.

Use Houston 311 or Harris County resources for:

  • Park maintenance concerns
  • Lighting issues in public parks
  • Public facility damage


🚧 Street & Infrastructure Issues

For concerns such as:

  • Potholes
  • Flooded streets
  • Downed traffic signs
  • Drainage problems

The HOA and its management company cannot submit service requests on behalf of residents for city or county-managed issues. Residents should contact the appropriate agency directly using the resources above.
