Parking & Towing
These rules apply to owners, tenants, guests, vendors and service providers. Breaking them can lead to fines or towing at the vehicle owner's expense.
Your space
- Park only in the space assigned to your home.
- Spaces are for parking only, not storage or repairs.
- Don't block drives, sidewalks, fire lanes or building entrances.
Clubhouse parking
The spaces next to the clubhouse are for association business: picking up mail, rideshare pick-ups and drop-offs, and food deliveries. No overnight or weekend parking there.
Vehicle requirements
- Every vehicle on the property needs current registration. There's a 90-day grace period for expired tags.
- Owners and residents need to give management the license plate of every vehicle they park here.
Not allowed on the property
- Large commercial vehicles (dump trucks, cement mixers, fuel trucks and the like)
- Campers, motor homes, boats, trailers and similar vehicles
- Vehicles that don't run
- Any vehicle the community finds to be a nuisance
Repairs
Major repairs or restorations aren't allowed anywhere on the property.
Motorcycles and scooters
Ride them only to and from your space. No joyriding around the community.
Guests
Guests follow the same rules, and owners are responsible for their guests' violations and fines.
Towing
A vehicle may be towed without notice if it's parked outside a designated space, blocks a fire lane or emergency access, is in a restricted area, doesn't run, or stays unregistered past the grace period. Towing is at the owner's expense.
To get a towed vehicle back you'll usually need a photo ID, proof of ownership or registration, proof of insurance, and payment for the towing and storage fees, which the towing company sets. Once a vehicle is towed, everything is handled directly with the towing company.
Fines and who pays
Fines follow the association's Fine and Penalty Schedule. Owners are responsible for their tenants, guests and vendors, and any fines, towing charges or damage can be charged back to the owner.
